Question: Are there any Car Insurance companies who will give an instant online quote for an ANY DRIVER policy?

If you are in the UK, so called "any driver" policies don't exist any more. Some trade policies will allow any employee to drive company vehicles but you won't find a private car policy allowing any driver.

They all do; it is named driver + any.

Not a chance. To do that you would need a business use policy or a traders policy and be actually proven in business to get one.
